£D Printed insert for Imperium Classics & Imperium Legends
thingiverse
Here's my insert for Imperium Classics and Imperium Legends It holds both games in the one box, and can cope with sleeved or unsleeved cards. I use Sleeve Kings though, which are a bit thinner than most premium brands. I have tried premium sleeves, and for most decks the deck boxes are fine - but with the largest decks it could be tight. I have provided an oversized deck box, but you can only print two or three in the larger size before you risk running out of room in the main box. Each nation gets its own deck box, as does each different type of common card. I’ve printed my nations in 16 different colours, and two different colours for the common cards, but the nation boxes have a cutout for the name, and the common card holders are all labelled, so if you only use the one colour it will all still be completely usable. I was surprised, but I managed to get both sets of resource tokens in - but as only one set of Unrest cards are ever required, I have left the other set out. I also use a smaller 16mm D6 than the 20mm D6 that comes with the game - although both options are catered for. I also took the chance to print some improved action tokens, which are more tactile than the cardboard counters. You need 20 Exhaust tokens and 4 Action tokens (as well as 2 symbols per Action token) per player. I found that the tolerances were tight enough on my printer that I could assemble the Action tokens without using any glue, but I did need to use a hammer to get the symbols into the recesses. If your printer isn't that accurate, skip the ticks and crosses and just use a bit of coloured paint in the token reccesses. As an alternative, if you want to use the included cardboard chits for actions and exhaust abilities Thingiverse user kengi has redesigned the tray, which you can find here (labelled "Token Holder") and which I have included in my files with his permission: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4907571 You will want to print two copies. There is no lid lift (and this is with a few extras, like laminated QRS sheets and a printout of each nation's bot AI).
