D-Mount Rear Lens Cap - PL-Mount Cinema Style!

I loved the rear lens cap for C-Mount camera lenses that resembles PL-Mount cinema lens rear caps made by Tons_o_Glass so much that I whipped up this even smaller D-mount version. It probably could be made better, by being properly sized and then threads created, as all I did was some cutting and pasting with the thread portion of kyleagee's D Mount Rear Cap, but it works so I figured it might help other people out!
