Shell for a Pentax D-LI90 based USB charger, designed specifically for users of the Pentax K-7, K-5, and K-01 cameras. This innovative accessory allows me to keep my phone charged while backpacking, utilizing its GPS functionality. Even when the battery is "dead" and unable to power my camera, it retains enough charge to top off my phone's battery. Instructions: To assemble this charger, you will need a USB connector, a voltage regulator, and some wire. I utilized a Dimension Engineering DE-SW050 (visit http://www.dimensionengineering.com/products/de-sw050 for more information). To make contact with the battery, loop the wire through the holes in the part. The two parts then press-fit together seamlessly.
