D&D Tabaxi Kitten Sorcerer Warlock
thingiverse
Another character drawing inspired post comes along, and this one steals the show. The kitten's adorable yet intimidating pose had me hooked from the start. I couldn't help but think of the baby wolverine model that caught my eye earlier, and before long, everything fell into place. The only thing left intact was Wolverine's shoes; every other part got a major makeover. Those iconic hands were swapped out for The Thing's, with some wrist and finger adjustments to get them just right. Next up, the coat was built on top of that new body using MeshMixer for sculpting magic. Even the shirt, vest, and other details were crafted from scratch in MeshMixer. The head, however, came from a teacup cat model – a perfect fit! The two flames that adorned those hands were sliced and reshaped to perfection in MeshMixer. Now, let's talk about the accessories. A 3D Builder built the bag first, before getting sculpted into shape and solidified with some extra details added as needed in MeshMixer. Check out the prints – one at a 0.05 layer height on an Elegoo Mars Resin printer, the other at 0.08 layer height on a Duplicator i3 FDM printer.
