D&D / RPG - Hero, Dice and Pencil Vault / Case

This is my custom design for a D&D hero / dice / pencil vault that I designed as a birthday present for my best friend. A best-of-design combination drawn from all solutions out there (for me at least). It can safely store: * 1 Pencil * 2 Miniatures * 7 Dice ---------- I printed this with JANBEX Wood PLA. It took me exactly 48 hours to print it using my settings (see below). After printing, I sanded it with 320-grit sanding paper. Then I stained it with some English oak water stain. I added multiple layers and let each layer dry properly before adding the next. For the D&D logo, I also applied some Army Painter strong tone wash to get it even darker than the rest of the surface. The holes are designed for 5x5x5mm neodymium super magnets that I inserted with superglue. At last, I inserted a 5mm layer of acoustic foam on each half of the vault also with a little bit of superglue. (I got all materials from Amazon. So it shouldn't be hard to get them) ---------- UPDATE - 2019-04-15: I made another one for my other friend's birthday in dark green (which turns out it has a slight blue tone). ---------- UPDATE - 2019-04-18: I added a blank version of the top part without D&D logo. ---------- UPDATE - 2019-05-23: A little update to let you know that I created four pieces of this now and one looks nicer than the others!
