D&D Initiative Tracker

Initiative trackers for Dungeons and Dragons, or any tabletop game requiring player turn order tracking, are available. These trackers open up easily so cards (35x50mm portrait) can be quickly swapped inside. A video demonstration is shown at https://youtu.be/39_0oxFo7TI. The tracker is designed to fit along the top of a DM screen but comes with a rack for alternative use. A picture of this rack is available at https://imgur.com/a/SKjdT8i. To print the tracker, use InitTracker35x50_g#.stl, where # represents 1, 2 or 3, denoting a 0.1, 0.2 or 0.3mm gap between hinges. The choice of which number to use depends on printer calibration. Try 2 first; if too tight, try 3, and if too loose, try 1. If none of these options work, let me know. If using a DM screen is not preferred, print the rack instead. Three different lengths - InitTrack2 to InitTrack4 - are available for selection, with the largest recommended for optimal printer performance. Print as many trackers as needed to support multiple players. Additionally, two copies of InitTrackSupport.stl must be printed per tracker to provide stability. For those who appreciate this design, other creations by the same designer can be viewed at https://cults3d.com/en/users/Jinja/creations. DM Idea: Position a different image on each side of the tracker. One could feature a silhouette of a creature with a mystery title. The opposite side could display a full-color picture with the actual name. Position the silhouette towards players until they identify their foe, then turn it around to reveal details.
