D&D Dice Dagger

D&D Dice Dagger

After searching online for similar weapon-themed dice storage to bring to my group's table I ended up designing my own instead. After some trial and error I decided that rather than making a single-piece print, it was far more effective to make the design printable in two separate parts. All parts print easily on a 200mm X 200mm print bed, although they only fit if printed at an angle, and may require elevation to avoid print errors. Gems are optional, and are separate from the model to allow for different filaments to be used. I myself used gold for the handle, a silver filament for the blade and red filament for the gems. This dagger is designed to hold most 7-dice sets with ease, though jumbo sets will likely be too large to fit. The sheath is purposefully designed to be a loose fit and may require foam or tape glued to the inside to create a snug fit, this is done so that any dice which are poking out slightly will still fit.
