D&D Dice Box + Miniature Storage

D&D No Supports, No Magnets, No Superglue required. Yay! <hr> This Dice Box is designed to store a standard dice set, an extra die (such as a D20), and a miniature. It can be opened by simply pressing the button and opening the box. There is ample space for stickers, art, and signatures. <hr> Print all of the parts in the orientations shown in the parts picture. (Do not use supports!) Once printed and cleaned up, assemble with the following steps... 1: Combine the top and bottom by inserting a 1.75 piece of filament into the hinge. This is easiest done with the box closed. 2: Insert the button into the cavity. It is essential to clean out any sloppy bridging that occurred in the cavity. 3: Insert the latch hook, hook side towards the front, through the button and into the hole immediately below it. 4: Test close and sand/adjust the latch hook as needed so it will latch snugly. If the latch hook pulls out easily, you can roughen-up the bottom section with a little sanding to increase the friction or put a small bit of glue into the hole it goes in. There is a little open area at the bottom that the glue can overflow to if need be. <hr> To give it added flair, I mixed resin with red paint and added it to the D&D impression. <hr> If you take it to a convention to get autographs, like at a PAX, I suggest applying a clear coat first so the sharpie won't bleed into the print lines if there are any. Also, gold sharpie looks great on this box when printed in black. They generally only have black or silver sharpies, so you may want to bring your own.
