***WORK IN PROGRESS/CURRENTLY TESTING, NOT COMPLETE*** The Load Cell Auto Leveler is currently being tested to determine its long-term usability. Initial findings suggest that small limitations can be overcome with code modifications. Although the system caters to a niche audience, it may spark innovative ideas for individual developers. This experimental project is in testing phase now and may not prove effective over time. The potential limitations may not be resolvable through coding alone. This project might be shelved if these issues persist. Before investing in parts, consider the following: Hardware Requirements: A 5kg Load Cell is recommended to ensure stability. This specific model, with its dimensions, has been successfully utilized; however, users will need to design a custom mount for their load cell. https://www.amazon.com/Uxcell-Rectangle-Aluminum-Weighting-Pressure/dp/B00QC6MQQ2/ An HX711 Load Cell Amplifier is necessary. A model featuring a bridge to 80hz will significantly simplify the process. A MicroController with Logic voltage matching your printer's board is required. This individual used an 8266 with its 3.3v logic, as their printer's board operates at 3.3v. M3's, M4's, and M5's are also necessary for this project.
