D-BOT with Titan Aero and Aluminum X-Car (The Wildbot)

Update 10/19/19: I've finally uploaded my modified H-bar ends, which now have the idlers shifted to bring the belts back into perfect parallel alignment. This custom X-carriage was designed by me to accommodate a Titan Aero extruder and hotend on my D-bot. Draftsight was used to design the front and rear plates, which were then laser cut from 1/8" (3mm) aluminum. The top and bottom were machined from 1.5" (38mm), 1/8"-wall, aluminum square tubing. I milled two of the holes at the top carriage mount to the bearing block into 5mm slots so it can bolt up to either an MGN12H or MGN12C - a feature that's surprising not everyone incorporates. The holes where the front and back plates attach are tapped for M5. Initially, I planned on routing the belts through the slots in the plates and securing them with a zip tie. However, after editing the motor mounts to have slots for belt tensioning, I realized this would put my belts far out of alignment. A temporary solution has been designed but it's not ready for sharing yet; I still think the slotted motor mounts are a good idea. Edit 11/08/18: As you can see, linear rails were used instead of v-wheels - an oversight on my part since linear rails aren't typically associated with D-Bots. Edit 11/14/18: A picture has been added showing my X-car with everything installed. Additionally, the slotted motor mounts have been removed and are available for download separately.
