D-Bot Titan radial blower fan (for 1sPiRe's carriage)
thingiverse
I've adapted Claustro's cooler to fit 1sPiRe's carriage on my D-Bot. Depending on how you built your frame, you might find that the top edge of the fan brushes or hits the 2040 extrusion in the back of the machine. If that's your case, use a nut as a spacer between the fan and its bolt mount on the cooler; that'll make it sit slightly more horizontal. Printing this in PLA might not be a good idea, but it will last for a few prints if you always keep the fan running at least at 40-50% speed. Differences: Shorter mount plate & other height fixes (the original one hit the limit switch's PCB and did not vertically align with the nozzle). Smaller locking nut hole (now fits a standard M2 self-locking nut). Cooler alignment to the nozzle fixed (the original carriage had it a few millimeters away). Air holes height decreased slightly (taller holes might have blown onto the nozzle). Removed internal glitched structure obstructing airflow. Updates: 27/04/2018 - Removed an internal artifact that could obstruct airflow depending on the slicer's settings. This defect is/was present in the original model.
