D-Bot linear rail z platform
thingiverse
Alternative platform mounting for D-Bot. Mini wheels have been replaced by two LM12LUU bearings (or four LM12UU) mounted on vertical 12mm linear rails, each 530mm in length. This setup allows engines to be mounted at the back of the printer, eliminating the center bottom v-slot profile. Top and bottom holders can be attached to 20x20 v-slot rails. Holders for LM12UU / LM12LUU linear bearings are attachable to 20x40 v-slot rails. To move Z axis engines to the back, Lead Screw Brackets from C-Bot must be used. Print Settings: Printer: D-Bot Rafts: It doesn't matter. Supports: No supports are needed. Resolution: 0.2mm is the desired resolution. Infill: Printing at 70% infill is recommended. Notes: Parts can be printed without supports.
