D-Bot Inner Corner Brace
thingiverse
This is an inner corner bracket for the lower corners. I've tweaked the design to reinforce the lower corner connection points when the corner brackets are removed from the front/back lower joints. The two inner bolt holes are too close together to accommodate standard 5mm socket head bolts, which interfere with each other and limit use to only one. Both holes remain intact for flexibility in choosing which is necessary. If you have a suggestion or request (larger bracket, remove a hole, etc.), let me know and I'll create a revised version quickly. Print Settings: Printer: MP Maker Select Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.32 Infill: 30 Notes: I printed at a large layer height to enhance the strength of the part, using three top, bottom, and perimeter layers. Standard m5x12 bolts and t-nuts/square nuts are used, identical to those in the BOM for D-Bot.
