D-Bot Front Carriage for e3d Chimera (and Clones) with 40mm Fan Mount *WORK IN PROGRESS*

A Mount for the Chimera on the D-Bot. Currently a work in progress, so please check dimensions, hole positions, etc., before printing if you wish to try this. I've used Volcano heater blocks on mine and haven't designed with standard heater blocks in mind yet. I based my design on the original D-Bot carriage by spauda01, the Chimera mount by invent0r, and the 40mm fan mount by Makarov_sl. I only have a clone Chimera here, and though the position of holes, etc., matched my particular clone, I can't vouch for all those out there. I enlarged the holes for the bowden feed in the top as the cloners use M10 pneumatic fittings which E3D does not use... But this gives you the option to try a badly machined piece of rubbish from China if you wish. Assembly: Mount the 40mm fan to the fan mount using either course self-tappers designed for plastic or nuts on the rear and screws from the fan side. Mount Chimera to carriage using three x screws from the rear of carriage. Position fan mount onto front of heatsink - the tab will mate with the slot bored out from the protruding portion above the top of the Chimera heat sink. Secure fan mount using two x screws from top. Put the third screw in if you're feeling adventurous. Profit. I'm still working on the perfect fit for these parts myself, though it's very close already, but depending on your material and shrinkage, you may need a little file down here and there... I'll update once I have this finalized. If anybody can think of any additional design features, I'd be happy to integrate them if possible - cable management is on my mind already (hence the unused screw holes near the bottom).
