D-Bot E3D V6 mount with BLTouch

This is a replacement hot-end mount designed to match my e3d Chimera/Cyclops mount. It accommodates an e3d v6 or clone, along with a BLTouch sensor. Another available mount replaces just the outer clip on this design, but I encountered significant reliability issues when using it with the BLTouch due to insufficient support that led to flexing. This was likely because the mount was part of the outer clip and not rigidly attached to the carriage. This hot-end mount replaces the rear mounting plate with a larger, more solidly supported mount for the BLTouch sensor. Even with rapid probing on my Duet WiFi, I achieve about 0.005mm consistency across a 30-touch test probe using this mount. With the other mount, I occasionally observed variances of up to 0.02-0.03mm, which was acceptable when used as a Z-stop and multiple readings were taken, but not suitable for mesh compensation.
