D-Bot custom corner bracket with holes
thingiverse
I customized a D-bot bottom corner by adding holes to attach feet to the threaded end of vertical supports. The feet I made using M5 feet from ThePhilStrongProject in Hatchbox TPU and secured with 18mm M5 screws. A secondary hole was attached with a 16mm M5 screw and washer. I apologize for poor prints, as I experimented with MakeShaper PLA/PHA settings that clearly needed improvement. However, they work for now and will be replaced later. Here are the print settings: Printer brand is Wanhao. The printer used is Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2. Rafts were not printed. Supports were included in the design. Resolution was set to 0.3. Infill density was 40% with four walls.
