I've just discovered that this adapter won't fit the original carriage plates I initially thought of. The actual plates are these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2206664 I'm currently working on adapters for those original plates and will post a link here when they're finished. This mount is straightforward and easy to make, perfect for a Chimera or Cyclops. The Dual Nimble bolts onto the heat sink through an adapter, clamping it all together with ease.
