Perfect Alignment Achieved with Belt Tensioner. With the belt tensioner in place, I was able to secure perfectly perpendicular X and Y axes. This reliable component requires only 2 M3x25mm or longer screws and 2 M3 nyloc nuts for optimal performance. Two versions are available: one features eccentric nuts for the wheels, while the other does not. For best results, I highly recommend printing tensioners at a height layer resolution of 0.1mm.
