D-Bot 3 Wheel Guide
thingiverse
I didn't care for the extra components involved in assembling the wheels within the carriages, so I opted for a 3-wheel system instead. Additionally, I wanted to avoid reprinting items that were already printed. The wheels will slide into place between built-in spacers and secure with bolts as a single unit on both top and bottom carriages. Adjustments are still needed for the third wheel using two bolts, but it remains a solitary wheel. Two mounting points for accessories are available on top trucks, accepting M5 bolts, along with pockets for square nuts. Future improvements may include a more convenient adjustment mechanism, but this design serves its purpose for now. This setup also applies to the print carriage itself.
