BattBlox is a universal battery holder that I've designed, capable of accommodating most common battery styles. Design configurations for various batteries are already posted online. If you need other sizes added, just let me know and I'll be happy to include them. The standard dimensions of BattBlox are 100mm deep by varying widths to suit the specific battery size required. Consideration has been given to accommodating different battery sizes for ease of use. The 'blox' (or blocks) snap together using the provided 'key' file or can be used individually as needed. To conceal the keyway, you can use the 'filler' piece on either end or if printing a single unit. BattBlox are two-sided: one side is labeled with the battery type while the other features a rounded-over plain style. Due to their symmetrical nature around the center point, they can be used in either orientation or a combination of both. D BattBlox, specifically designed for D batteries, accommodates 6 cells within each 'blox'. Additional units can be added as needed. In my case, I've printed some in red and others in green - dead batteries are stored in the red Blox until they're recharged, at which point they're moved to the green Blox ready for use. Each design posted online has been thoroughly tested and refined multiple times using different print settings to ensure a high-quality finish.
