The LO vz. 37D is a one-sided object designed for side firing. The inner part of the pevnůstka was formed by one shooting room where a machine gun was placed in a full-tin barrel slit, and also a manual ventilator, a hatch for entrance protection, and a periscope embedded in the ceiling were located. Protected by grid-like and armored doors. The back of the object could be defended using a grenade rail. The crew of the object consisted of four men.
