Test printed and used successfully at .3mm with 100% infill using PLA. Print time approximately one hour. Wasn't sure how much torque would be required or how the plastic "teeth" would perform, so I opted for a more balanced "load application" with the double handle design. Might have been overcautious but it worked all the same. It's a perfectly snug fit. Some tolerance issues may arise depending on printer settings. If necessary, a light tap with a rubber mallet or similar should persuade it into place. Did you find this via Google but don't have access to a 3D printer? Are you near a Lowes?
