I've printed and tested V1, and it works well but needs a significant amount of cleanup and fitting. Meanwhile, V3 addresses most of the issues, although I haven't had the chance to test it yet. The screw and nut come from the machine screw at Home Depot. V4 is configured for a 2-inch belt, whereas V1 and V3 are designed for a 1.75-inch belt.
