CZ P-09 Magazine Sleeve
thingiverse
This is a simple slide-on sleeve for a CZ P-09 9mm magazine allowing it to fit a CZ P-07 without over-insertion. Top of the sleeve is fairly close to the outer dimensions of the P-07 grip at the bottom. It should work with a P10c, however the sleeve will not match the bottom of the grip as well in the front. Once I get my hands on a new P-09 magazine with the P10c cut, I will update. There are three models available. The first model is a very simple block that has no extra grip surfaces. The 'A' model features large 30-degree serrations to make it easier to remove the mag if it becomes stuck. However, when printed in PLA, the edges aren't very sharp or grippable. Your results may vary. Model 'B' includes spherical indentations on either side allowing for a good purchase on the stock floor plate. Depending on how you configure your slicer, you may want to consider adding supports since the depth of the indentation is almost all the way through the side panel. The best results have come from printing it upside down with supports. This is really the one I recommend. Printed in PLA on the Prusa I3 Mk2 with the 3.1.0 firmware (linear advance) at both 0.2mm and 0.05mm. Because this is a simple model, there is very little outward difference in the surface finish regardless of layer height, so it is recommended that you prioritize layer adhesion over appearance when adjusting your slicer. This sleeve is similar to the one you might see with an M&P Shield in that there is nothing securing it to the magazine aside from friction. Future versions may replace the base plate and be more secure, but issues of printing to avoid layer-separation with repeated use will need to be addressed first. Knowing this, it is not recommended that this sleeve be used for anything beyond range experimentation, particularly since your own print set-up may produce different results.
