CZ P-07/P-10c Magazine Extension
thingiverse
This is a basic magazine extension for CZ P-07 / P-10c magazines, built using common models as inspiration. It serves solely as a proof-of-concept and costs less to produce than similar commercial options. Note that the hole at the bottom of the extension does not align with the original spring-loaded floor plate catch, but rather allows users to push the printed catch for disassembly purposes. It is highly recommended that this model be printed at a 45-degree angle along the x-axis to maximize strength along the z-axis. When a magazine is fully loaded, maximum stress will occur along the z-axis. The weakest point and highest probability of failure lies in the horizontal grooves where the metal lips of the bottom magazine slide in. Printing as instructed may lead to failure regardless of material or printing method used. These grooves should be designed for maximum strength. Failure to consider this weakness could result in catastrophic extension failure, potentially causing injury and damage to the magazine or firearm. This design does not aim to circumvent any laws or regulations limiting magazine capacity. Use or possession of a physical model may be illegal in some areas.
