The object's origins date back to a column, likely part of a funeral or votive monument. A slender circular foundation supports it, adorned with intricate mouldings. As the stele rises, it widens: two layers of overlapping acanthus leaves are visible, with rounded tips on the outer layer and angular tips on the inner one. Atop the stele, another series of mouldings is found, mirroring the round and flat pattern seen at its base, along with a socket that likely held it in place atop a pillar. During cleaning, faint remnants of red and black paint were discovered.
