I created a posable robot toy, inventing a connector that's sturdy yet easy to use and prints well on home FDM printers. Next, I designed a generic posable robot toy, then made the original Cymon compatible with it as a first expansion. \n\n For optimal results, print in PLA with a fan and no supports or raft for any part if oriented correctly. Fine layers are preferable but any layers will work. \n\n To ensure proper fit, test by printing only the small ball and joint piece and two of them, then see if they snap together easily. If not, adjust your filament flow rate: lower it slightly if they're too tight or raise it slightly if they're too loose. \n\n During assembly, glue the shoulder and hip joints into the hips and torso holes before attaching the rest of the parts. After connecting the ball and joint pieces for the first time, hold them firmly and rotate them fully to rub down any burs.
