Cyma CM.030 Trigger Lever
thingiverse
The trigger lever on my CM.030 snapped when I was converting it to accept LiPo batteries, thanks to the original part's cheap metal composition that had begun to develop fine cracks over time. These splits eventually gave way when carefully removed. Fortunately, we live in a world where making our own parts is possible. The best part is, it works flawlessly! Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.14mm Infill: Full Notes: Ensure excellent inter-layer bonding to guarantee strength in the final product. The part should be oriented flat against the bed for optimal printing results, with no support needed due to the minimal bridge involved. This design can be handled by most printers without issue. Post-Printing: You may need to slightly enlarge the holes using a drill bit or other suitable tool. The holes are intentionally designed to be snug to retain pins effectively. In my case, I used a 5/64 drill bit to achieve a reasonably tight fit with both pins.
