It's all Initeration's doing! He proposed modifying my Connect Four - Cube Style set into a cylindrical shape, allowing the board to wrap around. Brilliant idea! The most obvious consequence on strategy is that the central column is no longer as crucial, because there isn't one anymore. This adaptation is primarily meant for individuals who already possess all the pieces printed from the original set. It's not the ideal design for a round set, and if I were designing a cylindrical set from scratch, I would take a completely different approach. The main issue is visibility - you'll find yourself moving either the board or your head quite a bit to see what's happening!
