I thought this concept might make a good LED table lamp so it has an open bottom to accommodate an LED light. The top surface is a saddle-like shape defined by a 3D Loft surface used as a trimmer for the cylinders. Here's a 51-second video that shows the shape pretty well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WwBwQudrcE. The print completed in a little less than sixteen and a half hours using a print speed of seventy mm/sec and a layer height of point two hundred mm. This lamp is designed to hold any one of several LED lights called "puck" lights. You can get these powered by either batteries or wall power. This blog page has links for wall-powered lights that work well: http://birkbinnard.com/blog/wall-powered-led-lights/. For many more options, just Google "LED puck lights."
