Cylinder Puzzle
myminifactory
This is a mind-bending locking cylinder puzzle, inspired by Wil Strijbos' ingenious design (check out his website at https://www.mrpuzzle.com.au/first-cylinder-take-apart-progressive-move-puzzle.html). To take it apart, you'll need four or five 3/8" ball bearings and one sturdy 5/8" x 1-9/16" spring. The puzzle's outer casing features cleverly marked lines that represent five distinct increments. Solving the puzzle requires a precise alignment - and that's where Douglas Adams' famously humorous answer comes in: 42 is the correct orientation to unlock the cylinder.
