If you enjoy my designs, click the like button and share a photo of your printed project! I required an object to ensure all settings were accurately calibrated and test circles as I've been printing ovals. So, I designed this. It's a 20mm cube with a 20mm cylinder on top. Created in Tinkercad. I'm using an Anet A8, and at the time of posting, I'm still struggling to print perfect circles. Here are the upgrades and fixes I've completed: Installed: Top frame braces Filament guide at extruder Drag chains Bed spring bushings to prevent bed movement X and Y axis belt tensioners Front and rear frame braces Semi circle fan duct Z axis wobble reducers Added a glass bed Upgraded belts to fiberglass-reinforced Upgraded bearings to Igus Drylin bearings Installed new fans Implemented MOSFETs for both extruder and bed Using a Raspberry Pi 3 for Octoprint I've calibrated using a 20mm cube and now achieve precise measurements on all sides. However, I'm still experiencing issues printing circles. I created this object to verify X and Y are accurately calibrated, and check the results of the cylinder. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I've upgraded or fixed nearly every solution available online. Oh, and I've reduced my print speed from 50mm/s to 30mm/s.
