CYL - OpenSCAD cylinder module replacement with optional chamfer feature

I created this routine while hunkering down at home during the global COVID-19 pandemic, utilizing my downtime to craft something that could be repurposed across various projects. Initially, I turned to fusion360 but soon discovered that for rapid and uncomplicated designs requiring precision, OpenSCAD still reigned supreme in my book! I'm particularly fond of how chamfered designs elegantly eliminate harsh edges, thereby simplifying the insertion process for components or when drilling screw holes, an alternative to stacking multiple cylinders on top of one another.
