This is a remix of a mount for a Cygolite Hotshot tail light to fit below the existing tail light of a Heybike Cityscape Ebike. I used a 3/16" stainless bolt and nut through the hole to secure it in place but a metric bolt of similar size would work fine. The upper protruding pin goes in an existing hole in the rear rack and prevents the mount from pivoting.
