Cyclotransferase enzyme

thingiverse

The model of human gamma-glutamyl cyclotransferase is detailed in this publication: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18515354. It was created from the Protein Data Bank entry 2RBH (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=2RBH) and a STL was made using VMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/) software, displaying the protein backbone in "cartoon" form. A Replicator 2 printed this model successfully with MakerWare(TM) 2.2.2.89, using PLA in standard resolution (3 shells, 25% infill), and requiring a raft and supports.
