The mounting device is engineered to accommodate the K8200 T-slot and ensure a secure positioning for the Cyclops/Chimera extruder developed by E3D (http://wiki.e3d-online.com/wiki/Cyclops_26_Chimera_Documentation). Additionally, it helps align our inductive sensor for autocalibration purposes. The assembly process is straightforward: 1) Build the extruder itself 2) Use four M3 x 15mm bolts to secure the extruder to the mounting device (three at the rear and one on top) 3) Place the rail within the T-slot and then position the mounting device above it, securing with a pair of M5 bolts (rectangular nuts are required) 4) Position the support below, insert it into the "arm" section of the mounting device, and secure using an M5 bolt 5) Insert the inductive sensor (our chosen LJ18A3-8-Z/BX proximity sensor), then refer to the provided documentation (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1749570) for details on wiring and calibration procedures 6) Enjoy All three components, including STL and IPT models, are available. Important update: we've improved the base, rectified an issue with the upper stabilizer from the previous version, and provided helpful information regarding sensor displacement in relation to the nozzle. We encourage you to share your own projects and remixes!
