Since it had to accommodate the 2017 Cyclops 2 in 1 out hot end, I utilized the design from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481695 as a starting point and made significant modifications to ensure a proper fit. To increase its structural integrity, I also added material to bulk up the mount.
