Human: 12-stage cyclonic air filter designed specifically for small diesel engines, boasting an impressive intake area of roughly 600mm^2. Suitable for industrial applications ranging from 100-600CC, and potentially larger. This versatile device can be repurposed as a vacuum cleaner or air filter on various engine types, offering endless possibilities. Although the micron cutoff remains uncertain due to its minute size, initial testing suggests that it effectively captures dust particles without any gritty residue. To gain a deeper understanding of this innovative design, a detailed analysis is warranted. Dimensions are provided in millimeters: * Intake: 5x10 * Air Outlet: 8 diameter x 20 long * Dust Outlet: 8 diameter * Main Chamber: 20 diameter x 31 long * Conical Section: 20 taper to 8 over 43 long The initial testing cyclone STLs are also included, albeit with modifications made during assembly. The nozzle on the cap serves as the outlet, while the central hole functions as the intake. When dealing with water, consider adding a lid to prevent moisture from entering the system. The 10-stage design is best left unaltered unless you intend to make significant changes. It remains unfinished and has undergone drastic layout modifications. This design fits within a 500mL Tupperware container (116mm internal diameter) secured by an M6 retaining stud/thread or a 1/4" thread for American users. Printed recently, this assembly awaits testing with a vacuum cleaner, a clean handkerchief, and a generous amount of dust. Fingers crossed! A considerable amount of effort was invested into ensuring these designs are manifold and printable. The effectiveness of the final product remains to be seen.
