Cycloneshock Nerf Blaster Priming Handle

Cycloneshock Nerf Blaster Priming Handle

I built this to assist my son with priming his Cycloneshock Nerf Blaster. The device requires solvent welding four 3D printed pieces onto the blaster itself, but does not require disassembling it. The handle reduces priming effort by approximately 50% due to its linkage mechanism. Parts Needed: Four arm_v1 parts Two hinge_connector_base_long parts Four hinge_connector_base parts One handle part Eight hinge_connector_cap parts Eight small screws (8mm long x 2.5mm in diameter) Eight M2.5 washers I used acetone and ABS slurry to solvent weld four hinge_connector_base pieces onto the blaster. The exact position doesn't matter much, just get it close to where I have it in the picture and ensure both sides match. Each joint at the blaster attachment points attaches with a hinge_connector_cap over a hinge_connector_base. The handle attaches using two hinge_connector_bases. The midjoint connects using two hinge_connector_long parts and two hinge_connector_caps. For those interested, the source openscad files for all parts are available except for the arm_v1 part, which was created in sketchup (file also included).
