In my version of a cyclone separator, which I found online at http://woodgears.ca/reader/walters/cyclone.html (designed by Ronald Walters using balsa wood), I paid tribute to the creator's patience. To enhance its strength, I applied an acetone treatment, and added a cyclonic ridge for increased air circulation. The side vent is closed during printing to boost print quality by preventing layers from lifting and causing cracks. Support is already integrated into the design. You can modify the Solidworks file according to your hose needs, and I'm confident that this separator will be a long-lasting filter replacement.
