The project involves transitioning from a four-stage preheater to a six-stage single line Calciner in an existing plant, with priority given to constructing upper floors to minimize downtime. The kiln diameter is 4.350 meters, while cyclone diameters are 5.0 m (c1), 5.2 m (c2-c6). Precalciner dimensions are 5.2 x 22.0 m, and the combustion chamber measures 4.3 x 16 m. A dividing gate of 0.800 meters is also included in the design.
