This design was crafted using Tinkercad's online editor, which can be accessed here: https://tinkercad.com/things/gjG6pMy0w4x It features a specialized component intended for Cyclone Pbc factory machine's YOPERO model. The component expertly directs air flow from the spindle downwards, preventing heat buildup that can occur after several minutes of milling operations. By repurposing existing airflow and eliminating unnecessary fans, this solution maximizes efficiency while minimizing clutter. Contrastingly, a derived support created by Cyclone PCB uses two separate parts with subpar linear bearing retention. This design seamlessly integrates the spindle holder's larger surface area, effectively cooling both the plastic and spindle components simultaneously. Should additional cooling be required, drill holes can be strategically added to further increase air flow interaction with the spindle. Simply print and assemble the part using an M3 head screw through the provided holes; on the adjacent side of the spindle holder, a 3mm drill bit is sufficient for securely fastening screws into molten plastic.
