I made a straightforward remix of the X/Y pulleys for a GT2 belt on the Cyclone PCB Factory. I re-created the exact same pulleys in OpenSCAD, tweaking the captive nuts so they fit snugly without needing any soldering iron assistance like the original required. The new nuts fit securely and demand some elbow grease to remove them.
