Cyclone PCB Factory Cartridges

https://tinkersprojects.com/ This is an Upgrade system for the Cyclone PCB Factory(links below) to enable this machine to perform multiple functions. This machine was designed to mill out PCBs for rapid prototyping. Since PCBs from China have become cheaper and of higher quality, the uses for this machine have decreased. For a while now, I have been working on developing a small pick and place machine for quick assembly. Some parts I have completed but decided that this machine would be sufficient for now. To turn this machine into a pick and place device, the z-axis needs to be replaced with the pick and place equipment. These parts replace the z-axis with a cartridge system featuring 2 interchangeable cartridge slots. These cartridge slots hold the required device/tool. Currently, only three types of cartridges have been designed: 1. pick and place picking head, 2. camera mount, 3. mounting plate. This system is not limited to pick and place but can be used for any project that requires CNC-like sorters and printers (ink or 3D).
