I am working on a 2.0 version of the Cyclone PCB, available from the GitHub repository. To fit my Dremel, I scaled it down accordingly. My Dremel experiences a runout of approximately 0.2-0.3 mm and can swiftly shatter any drill smaller than 0.8 in diameter. As a result, I decided to adapt the Cyclone PCB mount for a 52mm, 300-watt air-cooled spindle that I purchased on eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/300w-12000RPM-Spindle-Motor-Mount-Bracket-12V-48V-Engraver-Cutter-Marker-CNC-/121245097542?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c3ac55e46). Additionally, I possess several LM8LUU bearings (http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-LM-8LUU-8-15-45mm-Round-Long-Type-CNC-Linear-Motion-Metal-Shield-Bearing-/261625161844?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cea132874), as a substitute for LM8UU bearings. I am currently creating and printing this mount. A SCAD file is included (unoptimized).
