DISCLAIMER - I'm not a Cyclone Dust Separator design expert. This was created solely for my own use as a DIY woodworker hobbyist. If you decide to print it, that's your call. I designed this dust cyclone vacuum separator because I hate paying for pre-made designs. It was printed on an Ender 3 Pro, and the funnel uses almost every last bit of printer volume. Thick walls require a substantial amount of filament, but I wanted a sturdy design. The flange has supports to be mounted on top of a waste can lid, with the bottom flange under the lid. Some sanding and/or hole drilling may be necessary for a perfect fit. The key is that the can's lid must seal airtight in order for this to work. Once it's dry-fitted, I would glue the top, funnel, and flange with supports using 100% pure silicone - not Acetate kind - to make it vacuum-sealed. Both the in and out holes are 38 mm diameter (suitable for my needs), but you can create adapters to connect any hose diameter needed. It's dust, after all, not stone cubes... The funnel drop hole is about 43 mm diameter (no particular reason behind that).
