Cyclone dust aspiration for vaccuum cleaner

I have built several components to connect my china cyclone to a 30L barrel. I designed and manufactured a cover with a security valve and also created a connection screw for grounding. It's essential to reinforce the barrel from within, or you'll have to open the security valve to ensure leakproofing isn't compromised. For this Barrel (30L), I made a wood "ring" in four pieces and assembled them inside the barrel because it wasn't feasible to bring the complete ring through the opening. I 3D printed all the standard components in PLA and the gaskets in TPU (Das Filament / Black). The cover-template.stl file is just a convenience for drilling holes into the barrel cover. Before installing the security vacuum valve, you must drill a middle hole in the cover to 6.5 mm and deburr the upper and lower edges of the hole so that the screw can move smoothly. I used an M6x55 screw with this <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2683377" >"Sterngriff"</a> and a spring 0.8 x 7.7 x 35 mm. **I threaded all the M6 threads in the ring, vacuum valve, and earthing screw to ensure smooth movement.** Parts List: 1x spring 0.8 x 7.7 x 35 mm or smaller 1x hexagon screw M6x55 4x cylinder head screws M4 x20 for Cyclone (I threaded an M4 thread into the cyclone assembly holes; it's not perfect, but it works) 10x cylinder head screws M6x20 for cover 1x cylinder head screw M6x50 for earthing wire to barrel (on the picture, you see a hexagon screw, but this is difficult to assemble, so I changed it) 2x cylinder head screw M3x10 for earthing wire pull relief
