I purchased a budget-friendly vacuum cleaner for personal use. Every aspect of the product was satisfactory except for the filter and container, which rapidly became clogged. The Chinese market showed no interest in purchasing, but they were unable to locate an aesthetically pleasing model for printing purposes. I decided to create my own design. Due to my printer's limited size, I designed a Cyclone 3 detail as a custom solution. It is also essential to install a valve on the container to prevent suction from drawing it in. The valve should open when excessive thinning occurs. A relatively soft spring (its exact stiffness not specified) would be suitable for this application. All files have been converted to IGES format, which can be accessed by downloading the corresponding zip file.
