Cyclone 7

A fully functional dust separator, printable in one single piece.
After scouring the web for an affordable dust separator to fit my CNC-machine, I was left with options that were either too pricey or lacked the dimensions I needed. Thingiverse searches yielded designs that required printing and assembling multiple pieces or heavy support structures, which led me to create my own design, focusing on the following requirements: * No assembly necessary; no glue required * Inlet and outlet inner diameters of 40 mm each * Minimal material usage for a support structure
Instructions:
To print the Cyclone 7, it must be printed in an upside-down position, as depicted in the 3D animation. To put it into operation, two holes with a diameter of 40 mm need to be cut into the cover of a sealable bucket. Next, vacuum hoses are inserted through these openings, and the cyclone is secured to the cover using four screws. A flange integrated into the bottom of the cyclone facilitates this mounting process. _Donations are greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!_
