Very durable, cheap and simple onewheel fender made from laser cut sheet metal. It cost me about 9 euros to order from my local sheet metal processing company. Material: Mine is made from carbon steel, but it doesn't matter. If you are planning to weld the seams, then carbon steel is the best option. If weight is an issue, then use aluminum. Thickness: 1.5mm (very important for dimensional accuracy) I'm working on an weldless aluminum version right now so stay tuned!
